Thing you need to know
Places must be booked I advance. The regular booked places that are reserved for children each week during term time do not apply to the holiday periods. All places for the holiday sessions must be booked separately.
Parents/guardians must complete a registration form, pay the administration fee of £10 and sign the parent contract which fully outlines the working agreement. This explains the payment system and the 10% late payment fee. Non-Payment will result in the loss of the place, please see the Fee payment policy.
The club accepts child care vouchers and we welcome direct bank payment. Cheques should be payable to KIDS CLUB CABIN.
During term time, all booked places must be paid for unless cancelled with two days written notice. Sessions may be altered to another day of the week with prior notice.
During hoiday time, two day’s notice is required in order to cancel a session or it must be paid for.
We have to apply these charges to cover staffing costs in line with Ofsted child:staff ratios.
Please notify staff if your child is unable to attend a booked session.
Upon arrival at the club, Parents must sign their children on the register. Upon collection the child must be signed out. If someone other than the parent/guardian is to collect the child, this must be confirmed in writing and a password provided. All the children must be collected by 6pm otherwise a late collection fee will be charged.
In emergencies please contact the Club as soon as possible.
A record of payment is issued on a monthly basis.
We hope you appreciate that operating on a “not for profit” basis requires strict financial management of the invaluable child care resource.
